Refund Policy

We have a refund policy on the damaged or erred item with proof, it allows you to report to us within 7-days after the item delivered to you. The refund will be given to you in the form of an Allccess discount coupon code valued at the same purchase price of the damaged or erred item without an expiry date that will allows you to purchase anything on Please note that ultimately Allccess has the right to make the decision on any refund related matters. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve complete the evaluation process, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified and the coupon code will be sent to the purchaser's email address. Please remember it can take some time for us to evaluate and process the refund.

Unfortunately, once an order is made the purchase is finalised, we won't be able to make changes and unable to accept refund for that reason, we cannot accept refunds on sale items, gift cards, any suspicious request or without a suitable reason that meet our Refund Policy.
